What Article 27 requires
Article 27 of the EU AI Act requires certain deployers of high-risk AI systems to assess the impact on fundamental rights. FRIA structures that work so teams can record the system’s purpose, the categories of people likely to be affected, the rights at stake, foreseeable risks, and the measures taken to address them.
